Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and social platforms.
Resolve customer issues professionally and efficiently, ensuring a great customer experience.
Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM tools as needed.
Provide feedback to internal teams on common issues or areas for product improvement.
Assist with onboarding and guiding users through our rent financing process.
Represent the FlexyRent brand with empathy, clarity, and integrity.
Requirements:
Must be a female NYSC Corp member currently serving in Abuja.
Strong communication skills—both written and verbal.
Confident, friendly, and customer-focused attitude.
Basic knowledge of digital tools and willingness to learn.
Must be proactive, reliable, and able to work independently.
