1. KYC and Verification Requirements

All users must submit accurate and complete KYC information, including identity documents, proof of income, residential details, and guarantor information as requested.

You authorize FlexyRent to verify your identity, employment, income, residential status, and guarantor details through third-party verification services, where necessary. You consent to FlexyRent conducting background, credit, and fraud checks as part of our risk assessment process. 
Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information may lead to the automatic rejection of your application and possible legal action.

2. Use of Your Information

The information collected from you is used strictly to process your rent financing application. Conduct risk assessments and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

The Nigerian Data Protection Regulation (NDPR) and other applicable laws will securely store and process your information.

FlexyRent will not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties without your consent, except where required by law or necessary to protect our legal rights.

3. Approval and Loan Offer Terms

Submitting your KYC does not automatically guarantee approval for rent financing. Approval is subject to verification outcomes and eligibility criteria determined solely by FlexyRent.

Approved financing offers may vary based on your credit profile, income level, property value , and other factors. FlexyRent reserves the right to decline any application without giving detailed reasons.

4. Repayment Terms

Tenants who are approved for financing must comply with the agreed repayment schedule.

Late payments may attract penalties under FlexyRent’s Late Payment Policy.

Failure to meet repayment obligations may result in legal recovery actions and/or reporting to credit bureaus.

5. Changes to Services and Terms

FlexyRent reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue services at any time without prior notice.

We may also update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Any changes will be effective once posted on our website. Your continued use of the service after changes are made constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

6. Limitation of Liability

FlexyRent shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services.

While we strive to maintain secure systems, we cannot guarantee that our website or services will always operate free of disruptions, errors, or security breaches.

7. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed under the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes arising from the use of FlexyRent services shall be subject to the exclusive Jurisdiction of Nigerian courts.

8. Consent

By checking the box and submitting your application, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
